THE GREATEST WEALTH IS HEALTH
With fad diets and nutrition myths inundating the internet, it’s hard to decipher the truth from lies. Some celebrities and certain “internet stars” have added to the already growing unrealistic image for our bodies. Our body image has taken priority in today’s world and one of my goals is to rid your mind of that stigma. We should all strive to be healthy and feel good. With those goals in mind, your physical body will follow. In my view, don’t admire someone’s body. Instead, admire their work ethic. Realize you too can make a substantial and game changing difference in how you feel, perform, and ultimately look.
We will work together to ensure that you remain motivated, inspired and focused. I will also provide alternatives to your meal choices while making my own recipes available to you.
Ultimately, my goal is to educate and motivate you to attain a realistic and sustainable healthy lifestyle that you can maintain on your own for many years to come.

As a very active and driven person, I took upon myself the arduous task of competing in a swimsuit fitness show a couple of years ago. Though the journey toward being “show ready” was a test of will and determination and though I met many great people along the way, I quickly realized that I wouldn’t be able to sustain my body in that way as a lifestyle. Even though my body fat was the lowest it had ever been and my muscle tone was definitely well defined, I didn’t feel like I was presenting my true, everyday self. Today, I pride myself on being active, eating healthy and really enjoying my lifestyle. I am not “show ready” but I am life ready, mind ready and accepting of my unique and beautiful body.
